As above and satisfied that the work was done in the time. Also a lift home was much appreciated.
I should add that in terms of customer service (see below) I would prefer not to use this garage. You have the wrong business model and have been seduced by modern marketing ideas. i would prefer something much more straightforward and down to earth.
Overall very good. Unfortunately you didnt have my tyre in stock so it took some time to order one in. One the tyre arrived in you then ordered in the wrong wheel so what should have been 2-3 days with my car in your garage took 7 days...
Told would take 2 hours for the service and valet. Checked car in @ 10am, told it would now be ready at 1pm. It was ready at 1.30pm. Went to collect at 2.45pm but received at 3.30pm as blocked in so had to move other cars and also not valeted.
The complementary clean and vacuum wasn't the best. The boot wasn't vacuumed at all, and the internal trim was not properly vacuumed / cleaned. Customer service was good. Service report was good.

Although still awaiting your service representative to contact me via Email with availablilty dates so that J9 RHD can return to Dick Lovett Bath, and have a new offside door surround seal duly fixed, as the part should have now have been ordered.

I booked a timed appointment to have summer wheels/tyres fitted.The appointment time was booked for 10.15 & the car was not available until 13.45 which I considered to be too long. The service representative was helpful.
Brake fluid change undertaken in reasonable time
Service and professionalism wad excellent. Only issue on the day was how late it was before the car was as ready. The issues were explained and apologies received and this is accepted. Hence 4 stars.

Nothing was left undone, car was even valeted which was very nice.
Breakdown of communication between reception and service desk.
Back car seats were left dirty with dry oil marks, no one came back to my email.

It was an easy and straight forward experience.
All the staff were clearly motivated and enthusiastic about delivering a really positive customer experience. Whilst I was waiting, I couldn't help but notice how consistently well this was repeated with every new customer that arrived at reception.
Cannot praise my service advisor which was Katrina Eveson highly enough,didnt have to wait long at all to be seen & such a friendly helpful person was Katrina,by far the best service advisor Ive had dealings with.

The car was serviced and given a valet. This included a check of the exhaust valve due to an inherent defect. The car was delivered early on the scheduled day, but was not available until the next day. Otherwise a top mark would have been given.

This visit was not actually a service. I had been sent the spare key for the car that i have had from Bath which would not work so an arrangement was made to have the car back and to reprogramme the key.

Called in after warning light (EMC) illuminated. As I was due to travel to Heathrow in the coming days I was concerned at not being able to use the car. Dick Lovett responded really quickly and within 24 hours had fixed the issue. Boom!
Katrina Eveson (Service Advisor) a real asset to Dick Lovett - a really up beat personally who works in favour of the customer
Bit pricey for what is done. Biggest gripe is that following the service I emailed the rep I had dealt with to ask why front pads needed replacing in 7000 and rear in 16000 even though both showed equal wear. I have received no reply to date.
Helpful friendly staff and good feedback information on vehicle status
The fault on the vehicle was not rectified fully and vehicle broke down less than a week after being repaired. This implies that the underlying fault was missed, though i accept it may not have been fully revealed at the time the car was checked.
