Half a point down for some minor inconvenience. My driver customised settings were reset and my BMW dash-cam was as not refitted. I know these are minor..but would have been nice to get the car back in the same state as left.

The atmosphere was exceptional and the experience was good overall. However, I am an professional engineer who understands complex systems, and a car enthusiast. Some of the information provided to me was wrong and/or a little condescending.

I gave my feed back to Derek Hendy. The day cost me around £30 - ins and fuel. The loan car was pretty dirty. It wasn't the £30 itself but the fact that i was asked to bring my car in due to a recall so I wouldnt ordinarily expect to pay anything.

Overall service experience was positive. Only complaint is when I asked to be put in contact with a member of the sales team that never happened and no one from sales ever came to see you across the whole 3 hours I was there which was disappointing.

Staff were excellent. Updates were timely. Biggest issue is that you don't take American Express as a payment method. This - along with the distance to travel - means I won't be able to use this location again.

Overall I was happy but, if I was being very critical, there was a fairly long wait to drop the car off in the morning and, on collecting the car, whilst it had been washed, it was very smeary and there were grubby fingerprints on the dashboard.

Great service as usually but i do find the cost of a basic oil and cockpit filter change to be far too expensive for around 30 mins work. I REALLY OBJECT TO YOUR PREVENTING THE SURVEY'S SUBMISSION UNLESS I MADE THIS A 5 STAR AS OPPOSED TO A 4!

It took over 3 hrs for an electric 'service'. As I understand it, this is a safety inspection, error codes read, possibly a brake fluid change, and a clean - I'm surprised it takes so long to do this. Unresolved faults highly frustrating.

Misdiagnosed for crankshaft vibration damper, was advised it's cracked. Job cost advised £1,100. I took the car to local garage damper was removed and inspected it was in perfect condition. Just do not understand why BMW would do that.

We were offered a price for a service, it then changed and then they required on a 14 day term - as if your prices are going to change in 14 days. Absolutely ridiculous behaviour from service staff.

When collecting my car I was left waiting for a long time with no one checking in on me. Since the car service I am left unable to open the bonnet of my car. So I can't fill screen wash. I live miles away and can't get back to have it fixed.

My dissatisfaction is mainly with BMW, not with Dick Lovett Melksham. I had been playing to buy a BMW i5 Touring. I am now thinking of part-exchanging my BMW 535i Touring for a Ford Mustang Mach-E. I will not be buying another BMW.

Normally car is checked and a video is provided. Yet to receive this video. In particular, I wanted to know tyre tread depth as this was not recorded in documentation provided. This was emailed to me separately but only after chasing.
